Yeah, hands are really tricky because of the sheer variety of poses. The thing that helped me most was drawing each finger with 3 joints if they're straight or 2 if they're bent. It helped me visualize depth better

Multiple hands all doing a tricky thing is tough (see image) but the toughest thing generally is not getting the pose right, but getting the energy and emotion right. So many classical painters did extensive painting-specific hand studies for this reason.
