It's considered a coping technique but I honestly think a lot in 3D. Wanting to feel things, move them, figure out how they work and internal mechanisms... It's what I do.

The way I make plush patterns is to mentally make a 3D image and unwrap it.
It can actually be painful...

Not sure how big the crowd is on here but I spent my evening designing a base to maybe try my hand at some designs in the near future. These two based on reef fish, so probably not to everyone's tastes in terms of colour/patterns. But good tests :D
