I’m not surprised. Sol’s tidal flexing of Venus’ crust and not-so-solid mantle, and the intense heat below its surface, lead me to hypothesize volcanic activity.

This is also the most likely the cause of active volcanoes on Io.

More research is needed.

The character has been around since the 2000s and she started out as a replacement for May as Spider-girl...that didn't work out because reasons but she did get the mantle later and has always at best been a cult character
