Hello there, and congrats for the 💯+ followers! 💛

I'm jambbanya, from the 🇵🇭. I use IbisPaintX and my lil fingers for the meantime because I couldn't afford any drawing tablets 🤧.

Anyway, here's most of my recent artworks that don't have any resembling artstyle 🤧🙇‍♂️.

Back in 2006 when I used to white-wash myself on gaia online and give away my little drawings. That's the first Photoshop drawing I ever did, I used a mouse and it took me months to realize artists used graphic tablets to draw smooth lines. 😂

I wasn't able to save much of my old drawings because our old house keeper threw a lot of my sketchpads, and yugioh cards, when I moved out to go to college. Anyway, I drew on paper from age 7 til 16. I didn't know drawing tablets were a thing.

For drawing tablets, that depends on what you'd be looking for in cost. The left tablet tends to have options available for £50 or less and just functions similar to a mouse out of the box. The right is far more expensive (£200+) but can be more intuitive to use overall.

Drew Iris from Fire Force (with manga ref) to test out the new tablet.
This too waay longer than it should. Switching tablets feels so disorienting 😅

Same honestly, all we had back then were Etch A Sketch, Lite Brite and MS Paint with a shoddy mouse

Kids these days have it good with their cheap, amazing Clip Studio Paint, tablets and a plethora of tutorials at their disposal compared to our crappy "How To Draw Manga" books :P

I'm MatsuyoRific, and while I've been drawing for over a decade, I'm still basically a starving artist that no one cares about. I can't give away free art, much less make commissions, so I can't afford high end tablets and programs. I do what I can with what I have.

Day 25: Curious

I've been grateful for tablet computers ever since my first. I'm happiest when I'm constantly reading and learning, and tablets let me satisfy my own curiosity with study anywhere I go.

My partner got a new drawing tablet and I tried it out. I'm impressed, it catches finer lines than my cintiq.
It's a huion kamvas 13. I had sworn off huion long ago, but they've really stepped up their tablets since.

It's way harder to draw on pad tablets than I remember.

I'm kind of hoping for another art level-up after fiddling with my Kamvas! I had a small glowup when I got my Surface Go, advancing up from a borrowed Wacom Intuos.

Cosmo and Turbatio here were drawn days apart on different tablets in August 2018
