hey guys I tried doing one of those values exercises where you use random colors and then turn off grayscale and see how it looks but I know more or less where the colors are,, anyways pearlescentmoon!!

Today's tip: When choosing colours for the character (talking about comic and animation ones). Make an effort to use as few colours as possible. Check to see if the design works in grayscale and without the lines.

3. I hide the sketch and make a new layer under the lineart layer and start shading. Apparently renaissance painters used this technique of grayscale to colour. I use a brush that both applies colour and blends (CSP transparent watercolour).
