I know it's not the same at a but maybe if you find a nice pic of noise online you could use the blending options like overlay or soft light to achieve a noise-like effect.

As an example: I used that noise pic with overlay at opacity 10-11%

quickly threw this together but the brush on the left side has been a GOD SEND!!! It fades out so nicely that the bottom left was basically me just taking the yellow straight over from the right over to the left. Right brush needs a little bit of an opacity help but still ❤️
