Airborn - Ice Setting - Housing
From 2012 to 2016 I developed a setting for the fictional game 'Airborn'. It was a fun project and I still love the universe. I wanted to flesh out my own part of this world and decided to go for the icy regions.

Lineart experiments. Found that perf is tied to poly count. Explicitly setting high poly collection to exclude from lineart, and making lines from low poly increased perf by 10-100x.
Added line weight by baking light/ao to vcol and converting to vertex group. #b3d #greasepencil

A little bit of setting dressing for The Prospect. The idea of this faction had been rattling around in my head for a while.
I love how Bruno is treated like he's one of the family. This is 100% accurate to the comic where The Khan's would secretly step in and help him & his family financially even though they didn't know him. Setting a beautiful example for Kamala.
