Tomura’s quirk somewhat confuses me. When he uses decay on someone they either shatter into dust or they crumble into bloodied limbs. Has his quirk just evolved over time from when he was younger or does he need a certain amount of power in order for decay to react differently?

Day 3 is a friendly little jab at our current competition: Galar's popular fire starter, Scorbunny!
