I've been trying to get more into CSP lately and decided to redraw a painting of as practice

Is it just me or does Paint Tool SAI kinda feel more...natural? I'm missing the smooth blending and stabilisation here a bit. Maybe I haven't tweaked the brushes enough yet

Thanks. It didn't change TOO much from the original drawing I had made, mostly playing with colors (which most if not all of them are the original's), if I should add the shading or not (which i chose not to since usually the school has no shading), and tweaks with the lines.
