got some comments @ my rendering, so:
1. base colors + lines all go in 1 layer group
2. multiply on clipping layer to that layer group, ~60% layer opac
3. glow dodge layer ~36%, fill color, for tone balancing
4. glow dodge, v soft brush ~20% opac, for glows

Depending on the lighting, go over your character with a dark color like dark blue or red. Set it to darken. Blur some edges.
Then make a layer above the shading and set it to clipping. With red or a light blue like cyan, use the airbrush and put that on the edges of the shading+

So I reworked his idle stance, and his expression to represent, y'know...Endr.

2. Layernya ganti jadi "add" atau "menambah" (liat gmbr jempol)
3. Kalo aku pake airbrush normal buat efek cahaya trus ak pake warna merah sesuai warna rambut (warna opsional)

Next: Maskin. So create a new layer and enable clipping or make it a masking layer or something. If you have the ability to make it act like light then do that.

Color the shit out of it. Use cooler colors for the shade and warmer ones for the light.
