Just a little something i did as an exercise to try and get used to the new tablet workflow! It makes inking so much easy you wouldn't believe it!

Also tried some stuff with gradient mapping so that's why the fur colors are so dark!

I tried a new method of shading, the greyscale kind mixed with my traditional method. Lots of kinks to work out, but it was fun to try. Trying to figure out faster ways of coloring since I’m currently unhappy with the speed of my workflow.

I might have to do a video time-lapse at some point to document my cursed workflow, never really considered just how much progression is made in certain pieces until I showed some friends these shots, must just go blind from staring at them for so long I guess.

Last image is the final image. I made this 5 years ago for a Gay Pride Week project and it popped up on my dead FB timeline. This is a bit of the workflow to create it. I also used the Adobe Capture app to convert the water to a black vector image.
