Been updating this cute little girl idea for a children’s book character. I think the thick black outline is going to stay but the brighter colors feel right. The smaller ones are the earlier versions. Even though this looks simple there is 4.5 hours of work in this.#icandoboth

@ShinyEevee Legit one of the oldest pictures on my computer (with my main OC) (right) and yet I didn't even bother to give her any coloring. Or outlines.
the whole thing is roughly outlined from start to finish, and it goes some places that i think are VERY fun and i'm excited to get to it, even stuff that might wind up being years in the future. (but not many.)

@GeekDadChris it took longer than i thought it might, but I was able to figure out the issue of bringing out Astaroth's outlines against the background.
then it took a while to render treasure that looks like *treasure* even though I'm not using gold tones, but I think we got there.
