Last outdoor session on this one before refining in the studio. enjoyed this experimental piece & pushing myself to use more paint & build the image up as one rather than refining particular areas. Still some work to do to add depth but enjoying the process.

So I decided to take 's villain from his new and do the challenge. Kept the character pretty much as is but went at it with traditional media. Could have toned down the background and neatened up some areas though. Twas a fun exercise

Time for some Art Analysis! Today's is Dmytro Bajda

I tend to really like 3D sculpts because there is a really nice balance of detail and rest areas. This design does a great job of showing an aggressive or nimble character with minimal details.

A small update has been made to the Neo Paint pins! 🌈 Some of the intended cut-out areas would not work out due to how small they were, so I made an addition to eliminate the problem & give the pin a cleaner look rather than using recessed metal. I personally love the change! 💖
