So finished up a 2018 drawing of Max & Wallop's height differences. If not for my reference but for others. Obviously I won't ever draw them consistently to scale but I never finished the older drawing cause it wasn't proportionately accurate. Style was too wonky, so I fixed it.
i'm rambling and i forgot the point where i cringe at my '15 art bc the heads and eyes are so huge and i don't like that look anymore, so now when i know anatomy i stress about realistic proportions a lot to compensate.

I've gotten too lazy to do lineart so I just sketch, color, then edit with photoshop for proportions I'm unhappy with.
I've focused too much on realism lately, so maybe I should tone it down a bit
@LuigiFan001 i think same body syndrome can be a big problem when it comes to making characters, and (no offense) but i see a lot of characters with same bodies/proportions, heres some videos and some references i use that might help

Sketching some of my characters in this Wind Waker inspired artstyle with some mixed results. Trying to keep the lines somewhat chonky but a bit less cartoony proportions. I should give it a more inky feel/texture.
