The reason why I had to change his eyes is, because it would not anatomically make any sense if I rigged them in blender. I will still be drawing is usual eyes as always.

Thanks for the suggestion! I checked and right now my eyes have a 100% vertex weight to the eye bones and the bones are centered in the middle of the spheres, at least within Blender. The bones are also parented to the head bone
