元ネタ詳しくないので、キャラクターイメージと合っていないかもしれませんが、塗ってみました。塗り方については試行錯誤で研究中であります。使用ソフトはGIMPです。
ソフト比較
gimp→gimp2→クリスタ（姉の家で借りた）
正直クリスタは値段に対してスペックが最強すぎる。描きやすい、早い、無料で色々使える、文句無し、早く買った方が良い
のですが、無料で使えるgimpというソフトでも割と描けます。未だに使っているのはgimp2。

Hmm apparently if I just try to make the layer transparent in gimp and reimport it, it's either fully there at +50% or gone at -50%

Had to recolor Mr. Retro to fix his monochrome to match his human form, Larry Hueward's skin color on GIMP 2.10. The original was made in MS Paint and I don't how monochrome works in 2011...
