I have a real soft spot for Middle Earth: Shadow Of Mordor. While its not the most faithful to the lore at times, it was still really fun to play, and I thought the nemesis system mechanics with the Orcs were pretty rad aswell.

Dnd session went great! A band of Orcs my party previously encountered returned back for blood. They broke open a hole in the caravan and started lobbing javelins. The ranger dodged the javelin. . . The wizard? Not so much! This was drawn on the fly by our player!

Orcs, like other mortal creatures, enjoy booze. The trick is, giving them just enough to keep them content, but not too much that they collapse from inebriation or organ failure. On the plus side, thanks to continual conflict, we have no shortage of organ donations.

In my D&D world I have an homage to Orks.
Best Boy, as he calls himself, is an orc who believes his people came from mushrooms. He spreads mushroom spores everywhere he goes hoping to grow the orc population. Other orcs know him as Moruk "The Mad Boy". Best boy does best work.
