I'm really happy with how this illustration is coming along. It took me quite a few tries to nail Taviel's hair since I usually render it. His hair is supposed to have a fluffy, cloud/whipped cream looking texture. It was difficult to translate this into inks.

Making Link... But in splatoon. This is 100% original and isn't done 100 times before if you search it on google. I refused to make actual textures for the hair and used gradients and a voronoi texture. I'm missing a few belts.

Okay so! This is the last reupload from me of this piece, I promise! I forgot to add some extra details that I was going to add earlier! That basically means that I added in some glittery effects to the dress, since I felt that it needed some texture.

Here are the samples btw! I love the grainy watercolor paper texture. Inpr*nt paper is great but I always felt like it was missing some texture. With this it almost looks like I drew on that paper directly!

I seriously went all out on this cape texture. The 6th boss is inspired from "The Nameless one" from Minecraft: Dungeons. Not the final color, I'm still adjusting the palette.

Nope! There is a fire texture in Nova's files, I made my own version of that (Photoshop and blur filters) and mixed it with my galaxy texture. You can have it if you want! I'll tag it for for any other creators that would like to use it as well. 😁

STYLE 1:
loose and sketchy with some very rough lineart for emphasis and contrast. almost chalky texture.
PROS: the most fun to complete, doesn't take very long to finish
CONS: not as polished or refined, very rough and loose (though this might not be a con per se)

Finally, I can play as Akula using the Su-47 Berkut. Thanks to , The Akula for Su-47 Berkut are now complete for Ace Combat X. With the Akula texture from Su-27, the Berkut could complete with Akula texture.

But then I ended up tracing, overlaying and panicking.
Ultimately, I lay defeated by the original's beauty of detail and texture.

Taum Art Fight ATC - Sprout for Maresy

I tried to depict the brown areas with like... felty-fur or peach fuzz type fur texture. and make the green areas look like plant flesh.. like smooth green skin. I had tons of fun with this painting <3 (Jul 18, 2019)
