cool as ice or vanilla ice yes serious thats his name he is a jerk and kills two of our heroes. He is very loyal to Dio to the point where he kills himself to feed Dio and than became a vampire.
If Diego is supposed to look like DIO, same DIO that also looks like a wall and screams funny road rollers, DIO who's a vampire, which keeps him forever young... That means that Diego might aswell be as buff as Part 1 Dio

Enya Geil or Enyaba is one of Dio's top henchmen and is reasonable for Dio getting a stand by using a bow and arrow, she wants revenge on the heroes for killing her murder son her stand can make holes than dry out your body with sand turning you into cropse which she can control

captain tennille is a jerk of course his stand is the first stand to need a certain environment to be active in order to work which is water even in the enemy's turf they defeat him. the crew was likely goons that he and Dio hired.
Roses a very loyal employee of Joestar Family he helps Joseph with Holly when her stand goes out control and starts killing her he and Joseph us the Speedwagon foundation to keep her alive till the defeat Dio.
