The mangas of both Beastars and Chainsaw Man have very distinct sketchy, gesturally style. this quality is lost in their anime adaptations. While Mob Psycho maintains it's rough look, while still being on model. For Beastars and CM, you are losing that expressiveness.

Anime like Bleach basically have a one to one adaptation. Mob Psycho is the same style, just more polished. Same with OPM. The AoT manga's artwork was shit, so improving and changing the style is additive, nothing was lost.
