It's because of how the story is laid out imo. The foreshadows are subtle, so when I rewatched it, I finally knew why that character did/said this thing in that particular episode.

@BreddaJoe you clearly don't know what foreshadowing means, by definition it's a indication of future events. the reason why ultra instinct is good foreshadowing is because whis outright gives us the information in the RoF movie setting up for future events.
