Logfrogs (Securiocephalus miasmus) are smaller relatives of the lumberjack (day 13) that use their axe-like tusks to chop down trees or to dig up stumps and logs. They stick wood to their backs to grow fungi that have defences to deter predators.

Various theories have sprung up concerning this ominous figure; a forgotten civilisation's golem, the idolic deity of an obscure cult; even a celebration statue filled with the fiery spirit of revelers. That last one is a fan favourite.

Rippunterr
This bloodthirsty beast is one of the few natural kaiju species but not any weaker for it. They often gather into gigantic 'fight clubs', biting and clawing at eachother until one comes out a victor and the other loses an eye, a limb, or a life.
