Japan’s blossomed in the 17th century. Artists experimented with a variety of techniques, using ink, screen painting, and gold leaf, as seen in these works by Kawahara Keiga and Ogata Kōrin.

Noticed that and share another similar if not identical technique of flipping/taking down there opponent. I can’t recall any of the other hero’s actually using a pinning techniques, just using their quirks to restrain/hold/or knock out their opponent.

Day 27: Chibi Chim! After starting this over a month ago, Chibi Chim is complete! With a new look after learning many new techniques, and in a completely new style, this is what my current style of "Me" looks like.

I'm really proud of this, and can't wait to start using it more!

ART WORKSHOPS WITH KEITH

I am in the process of organising an art workshop in Harare for early January 2020. I will be giving drawing tutorials, sharing my techniques, tips for drawing portraits etc. I would especially love to work with high school students

2019 was the year I made some of my favorite pieces of art. Not only because of how they look, but how I was able to incorporate new techniques, like the use of gradients, better shading techniques, or having a more hands-on appearance to them thanks to my tablet.

Did someone say favorite of 2019??

New techniques, anatomy attempts, and Ko of course in here twice. Couldn't help myself

Frostbite has a variety of deadly techniques, including his Energy Claws. They have an energy ‘bleeding’ effect when someone gets cut by them.
Not only will they bleed physically, but their energy slowly starts to leak out, wreaking his opponents faster.

This year has been another year of experimenting around with the way I use the colour and how I prefer to shade. But I’m happy I have been trying new techniques, and that my backgrounds have a little more work!

Anytime I feel like trying new techniques, I usually draw some D&D art. This time it’s my very sad Necromancy wizard from our Ravenloft campaign. I love playing her but she needs to CHEER UP AND BE NICE.

Drew a pic inspired by my old art from 2016🥰 in the last 2 years, while honing our skills & learning new techniques, we forgot some old color palettes, now it's time to bring those back and applying them with the current art style

[Rhythm Heaven] Going through PSDs and I found some DJ drawings I did earlier this year as practices for quick coloring techniques, body proportions, expressions, etc, and I figured I could show these off. Some of these date all the way back to February!
