Wanted to try out some new coloring techniques, mostly for skin. So I drew my nymph-like character in a bikini.

I think the torso came out very nicely. I think there's something missing or something with the face.

JULIUS REINHOLD : Techniques, secrets... You fools are always talking about those things.
JULIUS REINHOLD : But it's just drivel for the weak, it's nothing more than that.

Barring a few techniques, I think I've finally managed to figure out Procreate.

Tryin our a hand full of techniques, seein what I like, and don't like...
I feel like it's a bit easier working in pastel(lighter, mid saturated) colors but I don't wanna avoid saturation either(like for the eyes).. and I'm a little iffy on the shadow outlines🤔

Wanted to experiment with some new techniques, so I took an old unreleased Ella sketch. I'm happy with the findings. I hope you guys enjoy it as well

That said, here's a WIP sneak peek (from a few days back) at the commission I'm finishing up currently! I've been really playing with the functions in CSP and trying out different techniques, so it's been a wonderful learning experience, if a bit slow and frustrating 😅💕

First digital post of the year, been a while since i painted something digitally. Almost forgot how much fun it is... almost :)

Also tried out some new shading techniques, pretty satisfied with the result.

Hi! I'm Jess, a 29 year-old artist (struggling with my art most of the time 🙈) from Italy 🎨 I mostly do fanarts at the moment and I like to try different techniques, so that's why I'm posting 2 digital and 2 traditional examples here ✨ thank you for this tweet! 🌸

I was studying sketching techniques, after many failures this one at least looked like a landscape.

Breath of Rain ⛈️combines the fluidity of breath of water with sansai's enhanced hearing techniques, allowing her to fight without sight... it takes her several years to perfect

Trying out with various line art techniques, color, and background. I referenced it from the official character design png. Which one do you like better?
