Swanmon is an interesting case, I think it works pretty well as both Adult and Perfect (although it's appearence may be kinda weak for the latter), it's asociated as Sinduramon's Adult, works well with Sirenmon, and it could work as Venusmon or Fros Velgrmon's Perfect.
Tocanmon works great as an Adult, is generally shown as a weak Digimon and it look nice evolving into Digimon like Digitamamon, Delumon or Peacockmon... the latter I consider a perfect, since it's profile puts it in par with Delumon and it's a Digimental of Miracles Armor.

Gold V-dramon can exhibit power rivaling that of an Ultimate Level... but it's aspect is kinda... weak. I like Perfect Level more, but it doesn't bother me as an Ultimate, although I don't like it being used as an Adult.
Shadramon is a polar opposite of Fladramon, so Adult.
Honeybeemon is weak and comes from Kunemon, Adult is fine.
Depthmon is interesting, it's an Adult by all means, but it's diving abilities are outstanding, comparing it with Hangyomon and Whamon. Since it resist so much pressure, I'd be fine using it as an Adult or Perfect.
@the_ugly_dog Wow! I have a character very similar to that. Mine’s some kind of weird demon born from my depression that feeds off my negativity and causes me to outrage. He also makes sure to keep me down so I stay weak enough for him to continuously prey on me.
