I REALLY love this drawing too. You can see that the BG has some slight hand painted textures too. This comes from Tom's blog too, so this is common but only used for a sticker sized product. Would love to get this on more merch.

I started working on this some more, fixed the textures so now they're not blurry anymore. Even made the shoulders and dress. (Obviously not finished but it's getting there.)
