A guy a friend sketched as a sort of generic/representation of tabletop characters I play.
I did some lines and colors for the lad, but I feel I didn't really interpret the sketch in the right way and it looks a bit worse than the sketch for it.

Okay, but in all seriousness though, non-human characters can be interpreted as being black-coded, or interpreted as a specific race even if they're in a fictional setting.
