So i tried drawing a matcap and honestly it looks pretty nice, it's like if you ripped the shine directly off of my art and put it on a model! Left is just the matcap with toon shading, but right has realistic lighting plus matcap, I just thought it looked really interesting.

I was supposed to draw an oversimplified red panda, but I ended up drawing it the way I wanted too. I just don't like oversimplified designs, honestly, and I think the pastel colours were a good choice for this.
