My Kyanite is on the left while my Cuprite is on the right.
These guys were formally Jade and Hessonite but- colors don't match.
These guys also represent era 1 and era 2 of their gem types

I'd also point out that, having spent a lot of time in Asian communities in particular, a lot of black hair is not hex-value 000 black, or charcoal gray for that matter. It's a very particular shade of brown, which I'm still trying to get just right.

I miss KH2 era Nomura art. Obviously his more recent art is beautifully detailed but I miss the more defined lines and sharp angles of his older artwork. That kinda edgy hot topic vibe. It just felt right.
