Tylomon give me that feeling of Moosemon and Rinkmon, in which it's skills may make it work as a Perfect Level, but i personally prefer it as an Adult.

Opossumon links as Makuramon's Adult, Hunters make it evolve into Cho·Hakkaimon and it feels good as a Tyutyumon evolution.

Swanmon is an interesting case, I think it works pretty well as both Adult and Perfect (although it's appearence may be kinda weak for the latter), it's asociated as Sinduramon's Adult, works well with Sirenmon, and it could work as Venusmon or Fros Velgrmon's Perfect.

Bitmon is nice, it works as an Adult for Andiramon (Deva) it even has a scarf.

I'll skip Swanmon because I need more space to talk about it. And Kabukimon is a nice Adult, it ties well into Digimon like Lilamon, Doumon or Blossomon

For me, Lynxmon is set in stone as an Adult, since it is a rival for Garurumon, and it has that Deva connection with Mihiramon, nonetheless, Tailmon's Armor are kinda difficult since it's an Adult using Armor evolution... all of them could easily be Perfects.

Again, Coatlmon -> Sandiramon fits nice into the Armor -> Deva stuff.

I'd also like to talk about Bio Coatlmon, Bio Digimon are stablished as "Stronger than before it's remodeling" so I think they could work as Perfect Levels (If they ever come back as normal Digimon)

Archelomon is a clear Adult, and since it's shell is used by Zudomon, it's a nice evolution line!

Bullmon I like as an Adult, it fits the Armor -> Deva relation with Vajramon.

Gold V-dramon can exhibit power rivaling that of an Ultimate Level... but it's aspect is kinda... weak. I like Perfect Level more, but it doesn't bother me as an Ultimate, although I don't like it being used as an Adult.

Shadramon is a polar opposite of Fladramon, so Adult.

Gargomon's setting seems to be a contained Devidramon, and it also seems Manticoremon was MADE to evolve from it, so it's neat as Adult.

Saggitarimon is a Mutation among Centalmon, so I really dig it as a Perfect, but it doesn't bother me as a "strong Adult".

Fladramon should be an equivalent to Adult level, most products use it this way and I like how in Hyper Colosseum, the Deva evolved from some Armors, so Fladramon -> Majiramon is nice

Lighdramon follows the same concept. Lighdramon -> Caturamon
