@Caffeinated_Rvn the skin IS darker and more red-hued; the whole painting is. that's the lighting I chose. here is a part of my rough draft if that helps you understand. by your logic I made the "grey" too red-hued also. this might also give you clarity on the anatomy as there is less shadow
