The painting represents Kīlauea, the Hawaiian volcano creating new land, new life from magma. Quite literally, it is being the mechanic of the card. This was chosen because Hawaii is where the world championships are happening, also coinciding with the card.

best of all, in the scene behind him erwin is the focus - this is meant to capture the moment when Levi let him fly to his death. In the manga, this is when Levi internally pleads for forgiveness while he watches Erwin go, so perhaps this also represents the "blood" on his hands

Snake + Trident Mascot logo for
the goal was to make hidden S and W letters with in the mascot, and here I made the Eel snake in a shape of the letter S, and the trident itself represents the letter W.
