Art by Alan Lee from Brian Froud's Faeries
When I was a kid playing in the woods, it was always a fusion of my the real world and my overactive imagination. Instead of just a forest, it was another world of monsters and knights, faeries and orcs. The mind is healthy when it's imagination is alive and vivid.
@iriscompietart Watercolor faeries for a new project I´m working on
@iriscompietart Here are some, they are all from a while ago tho. I should draw more faeries again because I really enjoy doing it!
@iriscompietart Still working out some designs, but I think my faeries are a bit on the freakier side :’D kind of like having them toy the line between majestic and terrifying
Thank you @rj_anderson for copy of TORCH (Flight & Flame Trilogy, Bk 3) @EnclaveBooks. So many questions answered: Would Ivy save the piskeys? Would Ivy & Martin find love that lasts? Would peace between piskeys, spriggans & faeries be found? All answered! https://t.co/BPoFGoMW2I

In a cave in the hillside at Corriegills, Isle of Arran, faeries lived. This cave was apparently full of gold and treasure. A man called Fullarton frequently took some wool and would sit, knitting with them.
