Three episodes into it’s now clear what the producers meant when they said they wanted each show to have a unique, distinct flavor. Picard is not 2.0, it’s a distinct entity. That’s VERY important to avoid franchise fatigue. Nailed it so far!

Star Trek Picard feels like a novel... with each episode a chapter. I think it would have been better binged. But I think if they ever get KENOBI going it should be like Picard. Based on the John Jackson Miller novel & Jason Aaron's Journals of Kenobi!
