Attempt 1 using 's method - I didn't get a nice satisfying loop with the hip box which makes her hips look kinda stiff; i need to do a more circular motion on attempt 2! But a good first try, I'm seeing the benefits of this a lot

Yeah they still look stiff. I would suggest using the artwork as reference to help out with the issue. Personally speaking I use classic or adventure art as reference occasionally. They are a good start for posing bc of how varied they are and the shapes are easy to understand.
