@_lilyabon_ not a florist but Kanade’s looks like Japanese Camiellas while Mizuki’s are Chinese Lantern flowers. The later flower meaning references her card name (“‘deception’ nurse”), while Kanade’s flower is considered a “in poor taste” gift for hospital patients.
