i dont do this with all my pieces, but have found that value blocking helps a lot whenever i do! it makes me think about my piece in a different, critical way. It really helps with contrast and emphasis :) ((bluesonder wip of eret))

Cyber Boot buckles, clamps, tread, etc. Going for a contrast of hard surface metal, cloth, and rubber. Which part is what? I'm not sure yet! But I think that's a silly enough level of detail. Time to move on to the rest of the outfit!

2. Kamui Gakupo.

I love samurais, so when I first saw Gakupo, I was obviously very curious to hear what he sounded like. Haven't looked back since. I love his voice (Power ftw lol), his kimono has nice contrasting and recognizable colours and the blending of old and new fashion.

I never learnt painting properly anyways I did a coloured and a grayscale. Mesh them together and tune the colours to high contrast. Trial and error till satisfied.
