This is Manmatha, the son of a cult leader. Their cult is a (mostly) peaceful one blending elements of Hinduism and Catholicism. Manmatha is named after the hindu god of the same name. He's loud, flirtatious, and a bit of a glutton but still a kind and gentle man overall.
