Also the artist at https://t.co/7LATp9SLgO and https://t.co/JEMjmZ6x8E. Any features you like on those sites and want to know how to duplicate? Ask and I'll share!

Hi I'm Erin Ptah, and all my comics are paper-sketched and pen-inked because those are supplies I can whip out on a lunch break.

Q5: Don't be afraid to use references and things that are already known and used by others. It'll help your readers connect to the drawing more and understand it better. It'll make things believable.

Hello! I'm NotImportant, creator of Replay webcomic. I've been drawing it for a couple of years now, full color, 1 page per week. We've got demons, ritual magic and people who can't express their emotions well. I hope you can enjoy it! https://t.co/dY6XwTpbhy

A5 Have references from all sides, so you can draw it consistently!

Use general principles of composition/shading/lighting to guide readers' eyes.

If you can get away with characters outright describing the thing, go for it. Helps more verbally-oriented readers.

A1 Can't think of anything I draw that has *no* relevant real-world references. If you're drawing a unicorn, it helps to look up photos of horses. Drawing a tentacled alien, look up some octopi.

Winged humans & sea monsters
(Leif & Thorn, https://t.co/JEMjmZ6x8E)

Dragons & golems
(But I'm A Cat Person, https://t.co/7LATp9SLgO)
