Ha ha ha ha- I meant to post this earlier but for some reason the opacity on my line art just went permanently down? So I had to redo it. Anyway-

I drew from my Wacom Tablet in my style the Coffee Goddess, an OC that was created by . I was watching & chatting during her live streams & saw this beautiful OC she made. I also used opacity which doesn't look too bad, but not perfect. I hope you like this Gooby. ☕️

dark purple on light opacity multiply, or dark depends what ur going for and I do yellow/ light purple(or ur bg color but lighter) on screen or color dodge and the brush depends on what texture u want

well.. its not exaclty transparent but it does help blend in a bit! I usually have to lower the opacity so its not too distracting

Here's a WIP of what I was working on on stream today! Changed a brush setting where for flow to be used with pen pressure instead of opacity and I'm loving the finish it's giving!

Thinking of changing up my use of color and lighting a bit. is what I'm currently using. Which do you like best? I'm thinking because of its very subtle tints under the scribble. (Same color, just 20% opacity)

this texturing on the egg was something from a tutorial on leather armor i saw years ago. i did a few color dodge scribbles everywhere and lowered the opacity. also the gemstone seam/cracks was something i thought of while talking to tedi and thought it as fun

Heres how I do it:

1. Get color darker ( eg orange = redish) and scribble some lines in
2. Blur it
3. Lower the opacity
Hope this helps!

ooooo, so just a regular brush then but you used opacity instead of luminosity. I used sketchbook Autodesk on my computer (yes without stylus just mouse) so the reason why it takes years for me to finish one ;_; like this is still unfinish (I drew differently in traditional ToT):

Still my favorite art piece I have made in 2 weeks. I am still working on shading. I feel like my style is using black at different opacity like I have with this as opposed to how I did with my recent Loud House art I don't know
