#FGO Which Tsukihime characters?
The characters in Tsukihime that could be Servants... Ciel and Arcueid are obvious. They are the heroines of the remake and they are capable of fighting Servants. For the third character, Shiki Tohno is a possibility, especially in welfare.

In the CD Drama Sougin, Proto Mordred (male) & Lucius Tiberius also appear with a voice. Manaka Sajyou and Ayaka Sajyou can also be pseudo-servants. Although, I don't think Manaka needs to be a pseudo Servant.

#FGO Collaboration x Arcade?
The most likely collab seems to be Arcade. We had a collab with Waltz last year, Arcade would follow that pattern. Arcade has many expected Servants. The game is in the final singularity phase. Mash in FGO mobile Master Missions mentions Beast 666.
