I saw the incredible artwork from @trudicastle on instagram for the #Linktober couldn't help but give it a try, I made it on Zbrush, rendered in Arnold Maya, with some postproduction in Photoshop and After effects.

@seanhiruki @MatthewVealey I didn't hate it. I think they were trying to go more for what they thought the character should realistically look like as opposed to more stylized.

And thus, another member of my Vol. 2 Smash Bros DLC mural enters the fray! Wanted to stylize the Minecraft cast a bit to give em a fun pose. So surreal seeing these guys make it in. My lil bro was HYPED. I love this crazy game.

just a very quick and simple stylized shading set-up using the keyshot velvet workflow. just to see if the sculpt works. I'll be sharing this material once fully finished. back again to sculpting.
