@PancakeIdentity If it's a serious question I can answer: Generally the term pixel art is used when the pixels are placed by hand, one by one. A low resolution image would simply not look the same as intentionally crafted pixelart. Jpeg sorta blurrs that line tho, literally.

The FOX on the right shoulder is unchanged, but the MSF on the left shoulder is gone and is replaced by a paw pad.
