I have three types of art

-Sketchy/lineart
-Extremely simple without any proper proportion (Without shading too)
-Fucking details everywhere if not its not good

I love doing all of them

And continuing to improve on that style I did! I started to draw my friend’s characters, original characters, and creator’s splatsonas! At this point, I REALLY focused on anatomy trying to make everything proportional and working! I started to step out of my comfort zone as well!

I was never satisfied with the original because the proportions were WAY off, lets fix that!

@Kissyander Ugh, I still need to draw a proper ref sheet. I did this one ref image when I first came up with her nearly 3 years ago, then immediately changed her ears, hooves, and proportions, and she's never once been drawn like the ref sheet 🤣

Hopefully making these redraws will help me do better at body proportions ;w;

i love altering my favorite characters to unrecognizable proportions

@itakeyourlemons this "proof" though really doesn't translate. The only point of similarity I could use to place these two over eachother for comparison was the ear. But head, brow, jaw, nose, even the eyes + horns do not line up. The proportions are even slightly different. This is not traced.

3 years ago when I first active on Derpibooru I was so desperate to make merchs, but my skills weren't developed, my arts looked shaky and unproportional, no one bid on my ychs, ppl say they commed me bcs it was cheap. I'm pretty glad I didn't just stop there and keep on drawing.

@spirit_trail Thanks :D. Yeah I'm getting there haha. The only thing that bothers me a little is , the proportions of the devils are a little more serious in comparison to the goofy monsters XD.

@Smug_Legend Ah yes, the iDOLM@STER, which has a shit ton of merchandise to produce, will totally give every character dramatically different faces and proportions, making it harder for the people making the merch. And they don't even look that similar to me

Been drawing this for so long that the initial feel of the sketch got lost along the way.
But i did enjoy trying to figure out proportions and shading as well as how hair works.
