I agree, but that’s not necessarily just a Disney thing. Dreamworks does that too to an extent, but admittedly Dreamworks movies are generally more stylized in the final version

I think the choice is like, the 'correct' one for prototyping and starting out but it feels to me that they never moved beyond the default video game rock texture and that feels jarring when you see the cool stylized promo art

in-game its just Bad Skyrim to me
