but if yorrow were standing next to a larger or more monochromatic siren — like echo — that siren would then “claim” the she/her clarification tag, and if u wanted to specify yorrow you could then use he/him or they/them. it depends on who’s present!

I really enjoy working in monochromatic palettes to begin a piece, and even for the entire piece at times. Keeps me ground in value and temperature of tones, and I find, allows for more drama and mood at times.
