I absolutely suck at backgrounds. I completely fuck them up every time. Just complete and utter dogshit at making scenery. I say it’s intentional because of my art style being scribbly but I genuinely can’t do better. I am the Mordecai of background designers. I ruin everything.

The doll/poltergeist was a lot more aggressive, appearing at the start to attack you with furniture in a form resembling a decayed Jennifer/Leonora, with the doll in the background until you encounter it as the Phase 2 boss.

Also some other versions I had. I originally drew him with the smoke dragon which was cool, but then the background happened. 🤦‍♀️🥲 Was experimenting with different brushes for different textures.
