In the 2018 Halloween Build, Pepperman's health was determined by what colour of Pepper he was.

Red - Full
Orange - Weakened
Yellow - Low

Since then, Pepperman lost his ability to change colour and is now just a Red Pepper in the final game.

Re-inventing this. Felt enhancing this move cause I don't want Moon to be the 'Dan' of the game.

I love cheesing opponents with this in the Super Famicom fighting game. Hoping my coders will add a reflect function to it just like Yuri's Saiha in KOF 98 Ultimate Match.🌜
