I’ve recently read two compelling novels: WHITE BIRD and THE NEW KID. Both address difficult topics with candor and gentleness. Highly recommend.

So pleased to be able to share this now! I finished this commission a little while ago and he's now reached his new owner. He's going to be watching over their bookshelf (and hopefully not stealing their biscuits when they're sat with a coffee and a book… https://t.co/PC0xAXnyd4

Bookshelf as crash test pad for Corel Painter's seriously nifty watercolor simulation & discovering colors by mixing traditional pigments. Each book is either Alizarin Crimson or French Ultramarine + one other pigment over a black wash

Sharing this one again. A version for a sci-fi book cover I did last year. Still like it very much. What do you think? Would it catch your eye on a bookshelf?🧐

Super positive concept and is really interactive when read aloud. Teachers especially are going to like this one, my students have enjoyed creating actions for some parts of the book. Two thumbs up for sure!

This morning I shared a volume from the Beyond Midnight Arc of “Higurashi no naku koro” on my bookshelf thread, and got so excited that I just reread the arc. Needless to say it’s fantastic. Probably my favorite art from the manga series (note: each arc has a different artist).
