Very clear sillohuette, all of my characters have a mostly complementary colour scheme. The heart on the shirt is just symbolism I'm using in my stories. Idk man I just like this design way too much

I'd be lying if I said it wasn't 70% or so pure instinct based on years of exposure.

I try to keep lighting to analogous or complementary colors.
For cloths I try to keep mostly muted silhouettes so I can emphasize the shapes I want ur focus on with brighter colors.
