Rotunia (Grass/Flying), the Propellor Pokemon.
It flies around by rotating its petals like the blades of a helicopter and appears like a flower to attract bug type pokemon. However, flying around like this forces them to search for food constantly.

@kellengoff I also really like Stoutland. But a large portion of that is just because their German name is "bissbark". Biss as in "bite" bark as in "the noise a dog makes" and Bissbark as in "Otto Von Bismarck; ex-german chancellor/military leader and owner of a SPECTACULAR moustache".
